Pantone, the ultimate authority on color, has come out with their Fashion Color Report for Spring 2012. Should I be surprised that orange (or more specifically Tangerine Tango Pantone 17 1463) came out on top? Designers such as Tory Burch, Trina Turk and Lilly Pulitzer have been using this cheery citrusy hue for many seasons in the past, but I for one will enjoy seeing more of it next spring!
